Tammi + Calo, you’re getting married with your closest friends and family and considering Palafox Wharf for your venue in 2024 Spring season. You shared some insights about your ideal venue. Your wedding is our priority. Thank you for completing the Questionnaire and telling us what is most important to you. To summarize, you are looking for a great location for your Venue and you want one with a great view and you want your guests to have a nice experience.  You do want a cocktail/social hour, a DJ, and tons of dancing!  You also want food stations.  You want a glamorous style for your Wedding Day. You want your Ceremony at your Venue with 45-50 guests  attending. 

With the setup and breakdown of the Venue's furniture inside the Venue and on the waterfront Deck being handled by the venue it automatically is less stressful than having to DIY that part of your Wedding Day.  You want a cocktail hour following your Ceremony and then a Dinner and Dancing with a DJ.  You also want to share time with your loved ones and have a great experience together.

Your important Wedding Day calls for an breathtaking enchanting scenic setting that inspires and exceeds every expectation. You want your friends and guests to enjoy your memorable and meaningful Wedding Day.  








Your event is our priority. This most extraordinary setting will suit your every need. Our Venue Manager will be delighted to assist you and make your Wedding Day singularly a forever memorable wedding day.  You want service at the table or buffet style.

Give you a venue on the waterfront with a breathtaking view so you can celebrate with all the people that are the most important to you.

Ceremony at your Venue.  Photos are usually after (but not always) after Ceremony. Then cocktail/social hour on the waterfront deck followed by reception with a DJ inside the venue with great food for your wedding meal enjoying your families coming together!  Then, tons of Dancing the night away!

Give you a great place to take photos with a stunning backdrop. Helping to reduce and eliminate stress is to have a wedding planning process to get you from this point to walking down the aisle to your forever more!

Tammi + Calo, there are so many moving parts to Wedding Day.  This is why it is so important to have a process in place from the very beginning to secure the necessary vendors and to know what and when to do tasks so they can be accomplished.  With 15 years experience, we have accomplished this over and over in the past with 100s of Weddings.

You want your guests visiting, enjoying tasty food cuisine, sipping a cocktail, chatting with family enjoying each other and creating lifelong memories of your special day.  Having huge skylights inside the venue and a great scenic backdrop for your memorable photography helps as well!

We also offer in-house full planning or wedding management.  If you do hire one of our in-house planners, they do a lot for you, your wedding party, and your family.  If selected, our in-house planning always work with you to create a nicely flowing timeline so you can enjoy your Wedding Day!


While your wedding day is very much “your day”—celebrating the commitment that you and your partner are making to one another—it’s also about two families becoming one. Many couples take this opportunity to recognize their families for everything they have done. After all, these are the people who have loved you, supported you, and made you the people that you are today.

9 Hours which are flexible but consecutive, divided into 3 Hours set-up, vendor load-in, 5 Hours Event, 1 Hour breakdown, vendor load-out. 

More Hours can be purchased for 300 for event Hour and/or 150 for Extra Set-Up time.  

Set-up, Event, and Breakdown anytime consecutive between 2:00 pm to 10 pm with event ending by 10 pm.

For ease and convenience, you can hold your Ceremony and Reception at Palafox Wharf.  This is the most convenient wedding arrangement for you and your guests.  The Venue is well-kept and maintained.  Everyone feels comfortable in relaxed luxury.  We care about you and your guests experience.

The Venue was built in 1880 by a shipping company. Their ships sailed the Bay of Campache in Mexico catching red snapper. We have preserved the original flooring and many aspects of the its character. It does have a modern twist to give it a nice aesthetic balance. The Venue is well-kept and maintained. Everyone feels comfortable in relaxed luxury. We care about you and your guests' experience.

From the time you reserve the Venue, to your Grand Send-Off on Wedding Night, we care.  We are available to answer your questions, you are our priority.  We help you create your Wedding Day that is personalized and unique.  We are available by text, email, or phone during regular business hours.

An important feature that you always need to consider is what are the hotel and accommodation options for your out-of-town guests and for your wedding rehearsal night and wedding night.  Guests do not want to have to worry about transportation.  At Palafox Wharf there are 2 hotels close by, one across the street from the venue and another one block away with super easy walking distance.

As an option most couples elect to add to their package Palafox Wharf's in-house wedding planning or coordination feature.  This will help you make decisions and coordinate even the smallest details of your big day.  This also relieves a lot of stress.  With 15 years experience, this is our expertise and will take away a lot of that pressure.

Amy says, "I initially booked Palafox Wharf, I chose them because of easy things to recognize, such as location. What is better than downtown Pensacola, right on the water, and in walking distance to the bars? My guests raved about the location because everyone flew into town for the wedding and did not need a car the entire weekend. Also, their property is simply gorgeous. It sits on the water and the sunset at the perfect time in the evenings where it sits behind a building so guests don't sweat and the lighting is perfect outdoors.  During the planning process, Sandy went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. She provided me with a list of preferred vendors. This was probably my favorite thing they provided, because it made choosing vendors extremely quick. Also, because they were work together so frequently, there was never any miscommunication about my wedding.
